Water, starch (tapioca, potato), rice flour, oat flour gluten-free (10 %), oat flakes gluten-free (7.5 %), chickpea flour, rapeseed oil, psyllium husk flour, yeast, salt, sugar, thickener: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose

Preparation and storage

  • Thaw frozen bread in packaging at room temperature

  • heat bread wrapped or unwrapped –
    Remove label before

  • enjoy!


For more crispness, heat bread wrapped or unwrapped in a pre-heated oven at 180°C top/bottom heat (160°C circulating heat) for 12 – 15 minutes or toast in slices without packaging.

Attention: After thawing/heating store the product cool and dry. Consume within the next few hours. Do not refreeze once thawed. Packaging is not suitable for gas baking ovens and microwave.
